Parkersburg Nursing Home Abuse In certain parts of West Virginia, particularly in Parkersburg nursing homes, there have been reports of extremely abusive behaviour among the nursing home staff against their elder residents.  These various abuses come in different forms such as verbal defamation, under nourishment, beating, neglect in caring for the older residents’ hygiene, and other forms of maltreatment.
